Do you want a friend who is an affectionate, curious and playful bundle of joy? Then I have a kitten I'd like to introduce you to- Claire. Claire is extremely social and loves to cuddle and quietly talk with her humans, but what drives her more than anything is playing. Her favorite thing in the world is a spider toy on a wand that she will chase with laser focus until she catches it. After the spider is apprehended, Claire will proudly carry it in her mouth until she finds someplace worthy of depositing it, so she can tap it proudly with her paw until her human starts the game all over again.<br/><br/>Claire is extremely affectionate and loves humans. She's less of a lap cat and more of a goofy, energetic bundle of energy who blossoms around her humans. If you pet gently (preferably while telling her how pretty she is), she will reward you with loud purring and eyes closed with satisfaction. Her coat is wonderfully silky and soft, and she has filled out to an average build. It's been a treasure seeing her grow up into a healthy late-adolescence. She was found walking down a sidewalk in Koreatown alone in the middle of the day, emaciated and with her tail straight up in the air, like she was asking for human assistance.<br/><br/>Claire seems to do well with other cats. She is being fostered in a multicat household and has adjusted well. She does like to play fairly rough with one of our senior cats, so just be aware that it's important to have an outlet for her spunky kitten energy.
