Introducing Chuckie, a stunning and rare male with a beautiful, soft buff-colored coat that makes him truly one of a kind! He is estimated to be around 4 years old. Chuckie's story is one of resilience and hope-he was abandoned by his original owner, but thanks to a kind-hearted Good Samaritan, his journey has taken a turn for the better.

After being found and lovingly cared for by his rescuer, Chuckie's original owner was located. Unfortunately, the owner refused to take him back, leaving Chuckie to continue his search for a new, loving home. So, with great care and a desire to help, the Good Samaritan surrendered him to ARF to find the forever family he truly deserves.

Now, Chuckie is ready for a fresh start. He's a sweet, affectionate cat who loves human company and has a gentle, calm demeanor. Though he's been through a lot, he is still full of love and he's looking for a family where he can feel secure, loved and cherished.

Chuckie's ideal home would be one where he can feel confident and trust his people, relax, receive plenty of attention, and enjoy a peaceful environment and also where he can be the only cat. Whether he's curling up on a couch or gazing out the window watching the birds and squirrels, Chuckie is sure to make someone's family complete.

The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times.
