Meet Chong
Do you need some giggles in your life? If so Baby Chong is your man! He was born on 420 to the mean streets of philly. We snatched him up and hes gotten to live his best life inside as a tiny peanut. He is super playful and very silly. As tiny as he is he holds his own with his foster siblings and would definitely appreciate a friend to play with! He also loves snuggles and breakfast!
