Chinook is a sweet and quiet guy, he was brought into us as a stray so our knowledge on his background is pretty limited. In his short time here we have seen that he is friendly and sweet but he is pretty timid and does take some time to warm up. We have not yet tested him with other cats but he does not seem to mind the ones by his kennel. With our limited background we aren't sure how he does with dogs or children. He is not quite ready to go yet as he needs to be scheduled to be fixed but a $25 non refundable deposit will hold him until he is ready and that fee goes towards his adoption fee. If you are local, you may qualify for our foster to adopt program.

We also now have a temporary program as our surgeries are backed up where you can adopt the animal before it is altered. You pay the adoption fee as usual then you can pay a $150 refundable deposit. You will have 60 days to get the animal altered. Then you will have 14 days to provide proof of the alter. Once we receive that you will be refunded the $150. There are low cost spay/neuter in our area that we can refer you too. This is one of several options for adopting one of our animals.

The adoption fee of $85 includes current vaccines, microchip, free vet visit, testing for FIV and FeLV (negative).
