Chimi spent the first six years of his life in a home until his owners decided they no longer wanted cats and left him outside with three others. Thankfully, kind neighbors stepped in to care for him. While the other cats were rescued and adopted, Chimi was a bit harder to catch. But with patience and trust, his caregivers finally brought him to safety last month.<br/><br/>Unfortunately, Chimi tested FIV+ on 2/25/25. While this may sound scary, FIV+ cats can live long, healthy lives with proper care.
