Meet Chief
Meet Chief! Chief was rescued from a high kill shelter and was in pretty bad shape, but with some love and attention from a vet, he is now the happy and handsome man you see in the photos. Chief is an older soul at heart, but is really only about 7 years old, so his life isn’t over yet! He still has many more years of love to give, and is truly a great companion cat.
Chief has two main concerns in life, a comfy soft spot where he can take a nap, and lots of yummy food for his belly. Other than that, he is content with whatever life throws at him. He currently lives in a house with other cats and a dog, and doesn’t mind any of them. He isn’t interested in being best friends or playing, but they all live together without any problems.
Chief tested positive for FIV, also known as Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. All this means is that his immune system is compromised. He just needs a healthy diet and he should live a long and wonderful life.
Chief would make the perfect addition to any house since he is so quiet and low maintenance. So, consider opening your heart and home to this sweet boy and I promise you won't regret it. There is nothing like the appreciative love of an older kitty to make it all worthwhile! Fill out an application and come fall in love with the Chief!
