Domestic Short Hair
Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered.
Chenille is soft like velvet. Her black coat emphasizes her diamond pendant, or the little patch of white fur centered on her chest. She is someone special and she knows it. While she doesn't engage with her shelter mates, she doesn't bother them either. She has cattitude and likes to be on a pedestal (literally) watching everything below her. She loves the window sit and being petted and loved, but hold her too long and she will vocally let you know she has better things to do like look out the window. If you provide toys to entertain she will allow you to be her human and a beautiful bond will unfold before your eyes. If you look her in the eye you will get a head butt letting you know she loves you. This could be love at first sight for the both of you.
[Chenille] is currently living at the shelter, and can be seen during normal visiting hours. If you would like to adopt them, please request an adoption application from a volunteer. Online applications are available at www.folas.org and a volunteer will contact you as soon as possible.
