Checkers is a cute little girl who purrs like crazy and loves to be petted. She acts shy at times but always comes right back for more pets.
She enjoys playing with her toys and gets along well other cats. She goes crazy for canned food. She's not big on being picked up but craves human attention.
Checkers is about 6 months old, fixed, litter trained, and up-to-date on shots and vetting.
She is currently in an adoption cage at the Mentor Petsmart store. She will need an adopter who can be kind and patient with her so she can come out of her shell and show her true personality.
