Chase's Story

Meet Chase – Your Morning Snuggle Buddy

Chase is an adorable older tabby kitten about 10 months old with a heart full of potential and a playful spirit just waiting to shine. He may be a little shy at first, but with a little patience and love, his personality blossoms into something truly special.

Once he feels safe, Chase becomes a playful little whirlwind—zooming around the room, chasing toys, and making you laugh with his kitten antics. He loves ear scratches and, once he trusts you, will gently lean into your hand for more affection.

But be warned: you are absolutely not allowed to start your day without giving Chase his morning snuggles. It’s a daily ritual he takes very seriously, and nothing gets done until he gets his cuddles.

Chase is also a food-lover, and mealtime is his favorite time of day (second only to snuggles, of course!). Treats are a great way to win him over.

He’s wonderful with other cats and would thrive in a home with a friendly feline companion. However, dogs are a no-go—Chase prefers a peaceful, dog-free home where he can relax and feel secure.

If you're looking for a gentle, food-loving tabby who needs just a little time to open up and a lot of love to share, Chase might be the one to steal your heart.

Adoption Info & Application: https://friendsofelines.org/adoptAll cats and kittens are vaccinated with FVRCP and Rabies if old and large enough for their vaccinations. All cats are neuter or spayed before final adoption date. All cats are also microchipped!

Our adoption process:
1) Fill out the adoption application at https://friendsofelines.org/adopt
2) Meet with the cat in their foster home
3) If you and the cat are a match then we will set a take home date 1-7 days after the meeting depending on schedules.

** We are not able to hold cats for a particular family longer than about 7 days, unless the cat is available for pre-adoption which will be noted on their profile.
