Meet Charlotte and Phoenix (bonded)
Charlotte and Phoenix are bonded sisters and would prefer to get adopted together as they really love each other. They are both shy, but their foster is making good progress in helping them come out of their shells. They play with each other and race around for a bit, and then hang out on the cat tree by the window watching people and dogs go by. They also like to chase toys and can be very silly. They are a bit afraid of hands, but when they do let their foster pet them, they relax and purr. Charlotte will sometimes sit in her foster's lap, but both like to observe their foster from high spots.
