Charlie is a bit shy. He is biological brother to River and Bradley. They were found by a creek bridge when they were babies. Charlie and River's eyes were so matted that they could not open them. They were treated and vetted completely. They're all better now and growing well. Charlie is shyer that the other two. He will need an owner with patience and attention to give him. He is afraid of loud noises and quick movements. Charlie will do best in a quiet home.
