Caterpillar was found as a stray in a tool box and brought to the shelter. He was extremely shy and timid, and has made great progress in learning that people aren't all bad. He lets us pick him up, will purr for us, enjoys being petted and getting attention, but needs some coaxing and patience. He still gets a bit scared so for this reason, if children are in the home, older than 9 or 10 would be best while he works on his trust issues. He will need to be an indoor cat only with hopefully another furry friend to play with.

Caterpillar is current on basic vaccinations, but will need vaccination boosters in the coming weeks. He is litter box trained, been dewormed and is microchipped. He has tested Negative for FELV/FIV.

Caterpillar must be neutered by the age of 6 months and is old enough for his required Rabies vaccination at the age of 4 months.
