Catamaran Domestic Medium Hair Mix Maple Ridge, BC

Catamaran is the ultimate diva. She is one of those cats that is friendly when she wants something, and a little terror most other times.
Catamaran is independent and prefers time with herself. She is not a fan of other cats, or humans for that matter. She needs lots of personal space, and she also needs lots of space to explore. Catamaran is super curious and could spend hours exploring her surroundings. Because of this she will need a home that gives her lots of room to look around and wander. She won't be happy in a small apartment.
Catamaran will come and sit beside you on the sofa if she feels like it, she may even slip onto your lap, but then you're kind of stuck because if you move chances are you may get a nice sharp swat. This is not a cat that will work in a family with small kids. She needs an adult only home, with adults that understand the body language, and needs of a "diva cat".
We are not sure where her anger issues come from. Sometimes the "right" person can turn a cat like Catamaran into a lovable, sweet kitten. We have seen it happen, but there is no guarantee.
At this point we make sure we walk far around Catamaran to avoid a swat on the leg.
