Meet Cassia
Meet Cassia. Cassia's a lady whose trust you need to earn. She's known to hiss when a new person approaches, but once she feels safe and she knows a person is safe, she just love-love-loves being pet.
Cassia is a creature of routine. She likes her breakfast at a specific time, she likes to have her own space, she likes to know that you'll sit or lay down to pet her, she likes to leave her space and do kitty crack laps around 10 pm every night, and last but not least, she is known to pass gas at the beginning of every pets & snuggles session. Because routine. At least she's predictable??
Seriously, this shy girl has a giant purr and loves being loved on, but she needs to know what to expect. When she feels safe and like a place is hers, she rolls over for belly rubs and begs for pets.
She gets along well with other cats but has not strongly bonded with any cats or kittens in her foster home in particular.
She is vaccinated, spayed, has a microchip, has been treated for internal and external parasites, and has tested negative for FIV and the leukemia virus.
Cassia had her own bedroom for about the first month to give her time to acclimate. She hissed pretty much every time I walked in, but her motor started ev
