My name is Casper, and I am a sleek panther boy. I am a little shy at first but once I warm up, I will snuggle into your chest. I came from the shelter in Tampa with just minutes from euthanasia. I was rescued by a wonderful rescue and my foster mama has really pulled me out of my shell. I am ready for my forever human to come take me home.
