Meet Casey

6/20/22 Casey is believed to be just about one year old.

Casey had babies but was sick with her babies crying starving. She was in terrible pain. No one helped them and we finally got her out of the crawl space but no babies around except one that nursed from another mom cat there. That saved her life bc apparently infected mammary glands will kill nursing kittens! The others perished. Saved one kitten but Casey was in the fight for her life. Worst mastitis case vet had seen she hoped to save Casey but one more day left behind and she would not have survived. A week hospital stay and $1000 dollar late KT she healed! Lol.
After this covert it was found Casey has a grade 4 heart murmur and needs to be on a daily medication. The medication is inexpensive and a three month supply will be given to her adopters. She loves attention but will be timid at first. Casey will ONLY go to a quiet home that is childless with minimal stressors in the home for her happiest life. She’s a wonderful cat and has been through a lot and she only gets expectations what she deserves especially with her medical needs.

Adoption fee covers spay, vaccinated, given flea and tick medication‘s and a round of dewormer.
