Carter came to Fancy Cats from the Caroline County Humane Society in Ridgely, Maryland where he had been surrendered because his owner's living situation changed and was no longer able to care for him. Carter recently arrived at the Chantilly Petsmart and he has settled in with confidence. He's a good-looking, husky boy who enjoys attention and loves to be petted (he will nibble your hand to get you to pet him); he also enjoys laying in bed with his owner. Although he gets along well with other cats, he prefers to be the only male cat. Since he is very playful with a lot of energy, he would benefit from having a female cat or a dog as a companion. He is an affectionate boy looking for his forever home!
