CAROL and JINGLE are a bonded sister pair, each about 5 months old. Carol is a brown and white tabby female with big green eyes and striking stripes. Jingle's little gray and white markings and curious personality will make you fall in love right away! Carol and Jingle were surrendered to our cat rescue group via a volunteer connection and placed in a loving foster home. Jingle is very curious and playful. She loves all toys. Jingle is shy at first, but warms up quickly. She loves scratches on her back and under her chin, rewarding the giver with big purrs! Carol will be very shy at first but will warm up and be very playful with her sister Jingle, who loves to wrestle. She likes to chase anything with string! Carol is still afraid of people and can be very skittish with new people. She's friendly with her foster mom, but it did take a month of intensive interaction. Jingle took a few weeks to warm up and come up to humans. She's still not excited about being picked up, but she loves gentle pets. Jingle and Carol are gorgeous kittens with a sweet and shy demeanor. They rely on each other for comfort and happiness; thus, they must be adopted together.

NOTE: Jingle has tested positive for FIV (the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but she is a healthy kitten and will likely have a normal lifespan as an indoor-only cat. The virus can't be passed to dogs or to people, and only to other cats through a deep bite wound. Because Jingle and Carol were raised together and Carol has tested negative for FIV, it is quite possible that Jingle's immune system will delete the virus by the time she is 1 to 2 years old.

They have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (Jingle is FIV positive, and Carol is FIV negative), spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and include a free wellness vet visit with our vet partners. The adoption fee for the pair is $190, which allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
