You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Carley came to PAWS just in time! She had been hit by a car & had injuries that needed surgery. We were able to get her to the vet to have her leg repaired and she has been doing well. When she first arrived, she just laid in her bed, as we're sure she felt horrible. Now as she's healing, we're starting to see her playful side. She will often give love taps to us as we walk by to get our attention. Carley is a beautiful girl who would love to find a family of her own. All PAWS cats and dogs are current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. Age permitting, dogs/puppies are tested for heartworm disease. Cats/kittens are tested (and are negative) for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
