#onceastray in @unioncitypolicenj parking lot, Caribe is now getting ready for adoption! At 16.5 pound fit, 5 year old Caribe gets his name from his Caribbean turquoise eyes. He has been loved, cared and #overfed ? by his feeder since he was a few months old. Even though he spent all his life outdoors, he is as affectionate as a house cat.

Caribe is #vetchecked , with complete bloodwork, all levels are normal, #fivnegative, TNR'ed a while back, carrying the #tippedear #badgeofhonor. Dr. Heeb @peopleforanimals recommended him to lose about 3lbs, so we put him in a #portioncontroldiet . He has been responding to his diet very well. We are looking for a responsible pet owner who will follow through Caribe's weight loss plan. Caribe loves his cat tree and blankets which will come with the adoption. He is #kneeding his blankets everytime his condo is being attended to. He loves being brushed and learning to play with a wand toy.
