If seeing cats intertwined at nap time turns you to mush, Marco and Cannoli may be headed to your house! Aged about one month apart (Marco is estimated to be older), they are not related but very definitely bonded and we would like to see them adopted together. They were discovered on a hot summer’s day behind LaRosa’s Pizza in Loveland in a cage cruelly abandoned in the scorching sun. Thankfully, an employee called the STAF spay/neuter team for help in time and we were able to spirit the cats to safety. These two have quickly left all that far, far behind them and have become adorable cuddle bunnies, not only with each other but with the human friends they make readily. When they aren’t playing, Marco enjoys a good lap and Cannoli to be carried around. Physically, the two are a pleasing study in contrasts. With his shiny ebony coat, Marco is just as sleek and handsome as the long-haired butterscotch-and-white Cannoli is soft and just plain cute. With her orangey muzzle she looks like a kid who got into the ice cream. We are certain that these two happy campers are going to make their love connection soon—When the moon hits the sky like a big pizza pie, that’s amore!

All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision.
