Meet Camael
"Let me call you sweetheart, I'm in love with you."
Camael, so inappropriately named after an angel, is a young Blue Point Snowshoe/Siamese (maybe 2 years old or so). I never call her Camael, but sweetheart with a bit of irony. Like most Siamese, especially Siamese females, Camael has a bit of an attitude. I tend to like a little attitude in my girls.
I LOVE it. She came in all spit and fire, determined I was not going to "tame" her. Oh, no, no loving from the human for her. She came in with the last load of Ragdolls, most of which have some socialization issues. She was completely unimpressed with me at first.
Weeeell, I was determined she was not going to be snotty with me. I love Siamese, and I love Snowshoes, and I was determined she would be sweet, and she is with me. With other cats, not so much. She tolerates other cats and would be all right in a home with other submissive cats, but she would really prefer to be the only cat so her human can adore her.
Her favorite perch is an empty pizza box (pictures coming) that I haven't had the heart to take from her.

All cats are considered mixed breeds unless otherwise stated. As a rescue, we often don’t know a cat’s origins, and do our best to guesstimate their breed. This is not a guarantee. We do get purebreds from time to time and that will be stated in their description if known.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application via email.
