Meet Cadenza

I'm Cadenza. And while the shelter doesn't know how old I am, I'm an old soul. I like to just sit and stare off into the distance. Thinking about the big questions. Why is the sky blue? Do those birds outside notice me? Why do these humans stare at me so much, like seriously.

I'm quite a thoughtful feline. I love to just stare out into the wilderness I once lived. I was that cat that would just find high places to sit so I can just survey the area. Even though I used to be a stray, I'm very friendly. I welcome pets and attention. But don't expect too much eye contact. If there is a window nearby or an interesting scene, I will commit to stare at it. You'll see in one of my pictures I'm like a modern day Sphinx. So stoic.

I'm a great lap cat if you just want a furry companion to keep you company and have listen to you when needed.
