Meet Butterscotch

Butterscotch is a grisly old battleaxe who was hours away from euthanasia at the Mount Pleasant shelter when O'Malley Alley Cat-Tyler tagged her and brought her back to Tyler.
Butterscotch felt so much better after antibiotics treatment and the extraction of infected teeth. Her owner had surrendered her to the shelter because she had too many cats. We saw something special in her - and she did not disappoint once her health improved.
Butterscotch is a delightful, silly old lady who loves affection, makes great biscuits and displays happiness by flopping on the floor and rolling around. She is great around other cats and dogs and has never met a lap she didn't like. She also likes to move in from the top of the couch and drape herself over a shoulder.
We have no idea how old Butterscotch is, so her birth date is a best guess.
