Meet Butler

You may recognize Harrison Butker on the chiefs, well I come in pretty close with my awesome name Harrison Butler! And if you're looking for a post-super bowl cat, I'm looking for you too! OK, I go by just Butler, but I am so excited to be on the adoption scene!! I am a happy 1 year old boy who has his best white socks on ready to find my forever home! I love to chat about my day and hear all about yours over some kitty treats. Got some post-season blues- lets talk about it! There's nothing more that I like than just prancing around and being in the company of my favorite person. I am looking for a calm home filled with cozy beds, snackies, and lots of love and attention! I have not met any other pets yet, so I can't say for sure if I am more of a solo kitty or not. I just know I'm loving life! I am FIV+, but am also positively sure we are going to be the purr-fect match!

If you want to kick it out of the park and get the coolest cat around, I'm your guy. Touchdown, I think you're the one too. I am now accepting adoption applications, available below!

Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) is a cat-specific virus that cannot be passed onto dogs or humans. FIV is spread through deep bite wounds, typically seen on outdoor male cats who have not been neutered. It's rarely spread through grooming, sharing bowls, or litter boxes. FIV affects a cat's immune system, but most cats live long lives when they live indoors, receive routine veterinary care, have a stress-free home, and a good diet.To learn more about FIV, please visit the link below.

About Ten Lives:

Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered.We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat.

Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience!

All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
