Bugsy is a new boy at the shelter who is a super-friendly laid back guy. He loves to be petted, and will show his tummy the first time he meets someone. Just look at those whiskers! Bugsy is a medium-haired brownish gray color with light highlights and black eyeliner. He is super handsome, sweet, and just waiting for the right home!
