Bob & Basil Domestic Short Hair Oklahoma City, OK

Meet Bob and Basil, bonded males weighing 11lbs each, who were born on approximately 2/14/2020. These boys are neutered, up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, and micro-chipped!

Bob and Basil both have mild Cerebellar Hypoplasia (aka wobbly cat syndrome) and are deaf. Their condition is very mild and they do not require any special care. They may just be a tad clumsier than other cats.

They are litter trained. They would do best with a large litter box or covered litter box. They prefer to drink out of a fountain as opposed to a water bowl. They may accidentally knock over a light water bowl.

These boys are shy at first but warm up to people quickly. They get along with other cats and dogs after slow introductions. Bob prefers to socialize with just other cats, but Basil brings him out of his shell around everyone. Both are a medium energy level. They appreciate a really good climb so a cat tree would be ideal for them. Once they’ve decided they’ve reached the highest point, they like to snooze for a bit. As with most cats, they do get the zoomies from time to time. They will climb up something to try and fake the other out. Both are very affectionate and would love a home where they can both cuddle up with someone together.

Bob is a little more cautious at first. He is a sweetheart though. He loves ear scratches and cuddling up with his human.

Basil is quite the explorer. He will be first to wander around and find out what he can jump on. Basil also appreciates ear scratches and butt scratches.

These boys must stay together.
