Blare's Story

Blare is about 5.5 months old, with sleek black fur and stunning gold-amber eyes. His story is remarkable - rescued alongside 3 other kittens - each of them born to 4 different feral mama cats that have since been spayed and released, but the kittens were sick and needed rescuing and medical care in order to save their lives - and to get them out the feral outside life, sick and dying without any care.

Thanks to loving care and medical treatment, Blare and his semi-siblings are now healthy, thriving, and ready for their forever homes. This sweet boy is neutered, fully vaccinated (Rabies & FVRCP), has been dewormed, tested negative for FIV, FeLV, and heartworms, and is microchipped.

Blare has blended in beautifully with the other rescues and foster cats he lives with and enjoys the company of fellow felines. While he hasn’t had direct experience with children or dogs, his adaptable nature suggests that with slow, respectful introductions, he could do just fine.

Bonus: Blare would love to be adopted with one of his semi-siblings, Booger or Munchkin!
This is a great opportunity to adopt a pair that are already bonded. The hard part and work is done for you, they've grown up together, offering each other comfort, play, companionship, and protection. There's no need to worry about the stress of introducing unfamiliar cats or managing any territorial issues that can arise when bringing a new cat into your home.

If you're interested in adopting, please email the rescue at no.critter.left.behind252@gmail.com
An adoption application, along with details on the adoption and screening process, will be sent to you.

For any additional questions, feel free to call 504-330-3177.
