Binx Tabby Ponte Vedra, FL

Meet Binx, a charming and spirited shorthaired bicolor male tabby born on July 23, 2024. He was rescued at approximately two to three weeks of age in dire health as a stray in Jacksonville. Following the unfortunate passing of his mother, Binx's safety became a concern. A compassionate family in St. Augustine took him in and provided care for nearly five months. Unfortunately, after a cancer diagnosis within the family led to financial strains, they felt it was in Binx's best interest to find a new home that could better serve as his forever family. They loved him dearly and were heartbroken to part with him, especially the young children in the household who had formed a strong bond with him. As a result, Binx is particularly good with children.

Binx spent three weeks in foster care, as his previous family had housed him outdoors due to family disputes about whether to keep him. He quickly adapted to indoor living, revealing himself to be a wonderfully sweet and friendly companion. He integrated seamlessly with the foster family's other cats, enjoyed playful interactions, and relished snuggling. One of Binx's endearing habits includes sitting on the foster's keyboard whenever she attempted to work, seeking attention and affection. Now, at just six months old, he is an affectionate boy with an abundance of love to offer.
