Bobby Beberson and his brother Billy Beberson were born at The Ranch to a feral mother (who has now been spayed and relocated to a safer location) in July of 2020. They are currently in an amazing foster home and have been spoiled beyond all reason, as they should be! Bobby is the biggest lap lover there ever was. Billy also loves laps but it is a bit more standoffish, the last report from his foster family was that he follows them around waiting for head scratches. They love cuddling together in one big, beautiful, beige lump.

We discovered that Bobby has a little deformity on his paws that is making some of his nails grow oddly. At this point they just need to be monitored closely and there is one nail that is thicker than the rest that needs to be trimmed/checked fairly often. If it ever gets to the point where he needs surgery we would help facilitate that with a vet who specializes in paw reconstructions since that's a delicate area.

Mainly thanks to Billy they require a special diet. They need scheduled feedings of both dry and canned food, Billy will eat to the point of making himself sick if left to free-feed. Billy also shows signs of anxiety so to prevent future issues his vet has instructed him to drink only filtered water, eat Royal Canin Calm food, and have supplements added to his canned food. This combo should keep him in tip top shape but they will require annual vet checks to make sure they stay that way.

Here’s a word from the boys that their foster mom passed along to us:

“Yeah. We’re brothers. Yeah. We live in foster mom’s basement.

So what if we basically expect to be waited on hand and foot for the rest of our lives? We’re cute and loving! So what if we lay around all day waiting for her to fix us food – sorry, we don’t cook. We do have sensitive digestive systems, so maintaining our current diet is important – for everyone involved! Seriously! So what if we hog the couch and watch TV – bird shows, nature programs, we love TV time – it means we all get to snuggle together and we LOVE that!

We don’t understand it but foster mom says it’s time for us to move on and find that love of our lives… and it’s not in her basement. We’re looking for that perfect, low key, loving adopter who wants companionship, who has a comfy couch, loves to watch TV, willing to wait on us hand and foot with our fav food, and who’s ready for lots and lots of purr-filled snuggles.”

These two are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Requests for them individually will be immediately denied. Suggested donation of $150+. The Ranch Cat Rescue is a not for profit organization and operates through private funding and donations. For more details and to apply visit theranchcatrescue.org/adopt
