Meet Billy
Billy’s first family left him and his brothers out in the cold when they moved. Luckily, these three boys are resilient and were able to find their way to some bighearted people. Billy is about 2 years old, neutered, and good with other cats. He is confident, playful, and friendly. He is also vocal and social, usually preferring to be where his person is. Billy is a lover and he’s looking for a forever home where he will be loved in return.
