Hi, I'm Billie, and I'm a brown tabby and white girl of 5 months! I love getting pet, though sometimes I get shy and forget at first. But once you start to pet me, I remember really quickly! Oh, and one thing I don't forget is how much I love to play! I will play with just about any toy I encounter, so I really hope my furever family has a lot to choose from! I'm sharing a cage with my buddy Xander, so if you're looking for two kitties, we're a really good choice! But we can also be adopted separately, and that will be okay.

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
