Meet Betsy

Betsy is three years old and at one time at an owner who loved her, but couldn't care for her any longer , so she surrendered her to the shelter. Betsy is a little confused and doesn't understand why she isn't in her forever home anymore. In the meantime, she's hanging out in one of our foster homes , so she is back in a home environment again. This girl loves people but she's the Queen and will tell her subjects (the people) when she wants attention. She so wants to be in a home again and to belong to people. We hope someone gives this girl a truly forever home soon.
