Meet Bessie

Bessie is a beautiful Harlem rescue Tonkinese 1 1/2 year old girl. She is extremely bonded to her young mother, Lena, and they must be adopted together. Bessie is shy, yet very sweet, and loves to receive pets when given treats. Once she is being pet, she will melt into your hand. She loves to play, especially with the cat wand toy. She has lots of energy and will run around chasing toys and her mother. Both cats love all other cats and need an experienced adopter who is patient and will give them time and positive interaction so they will feel comfortable to come out of their shells.
