Meet Bert & Ernie (Bonded Pair & FeLV+) - Not Currently Accepting New Applications (Waitlist Only)
Bert and Ernie are a bonded pair of 10-month-old, sweet and loving kittens looking for their forever home!
Bert and Ernie are extremely loving kittens who want nothing more than to curl up on your lap and snuggle. They are still very kitten-like and love to play, play, play! Their favorite toys are ball track toys and each other. Bert and Ernie love perching up high on cat trees and ledges, especially Ernie! They like to sleep the day away on comfy beds or up high in a cat tree. Three things that make them super happy are canned cat food, catnip, and snuggles with their humans.
Bert and Ernie currently live in a foster home. They have interaction with older children and are easily handled and friendly with them. Their ideal home will provide them with lots of love and attention.
Bert and Ernie are both positive for Feline Leukemia, which is a virus that only transmits between cats. They should be the only cats in the house or live with another feline leukemia-positive cat since transmission is possible. Feline Leukemia can weaken a cat's immune system and possibly shorten a cat's life span. Cats can live many years symptom-free and can still have high-quality lives.
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.
Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.
All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
