BENNY Domestic Short Hair & Tuxedo Mix Marblehead, MA

Benny is his name and it is short for Benjamin or Benedict. The name is (Hebrew) and means "son of my right hand". He is a black and white tuxedo short hair and estimated to be about three years old.

Benny is in good health, up to date on shots, and has been neutered. He tested positive for FIV. He is not on any medications, should not be an outdoor cat, and could live a very long life.

Benny was a stray and has not had an easy life trying to survive. He is adjusting to life in the shelter and he loves to get his regular meals, has a soft comfy bed he loves to cuddle and loves to play with his toys. He also has the best condo in the shelter and loves watching all the action, to be petted and lots of attention.

We don't think Benny has been in a loving home for a long while. It would be a blessing for him to have a forever home again. He would be so appreciative. We do not recommend dogs or young children because he is shy at first and needs to adjust in a new environment. There must be a very good reason the volunteers say he is the best cat in the shelter.
