Meet Beluga

Beluga is named for fine Russian caviar. The fish eggs may be an acquired taste, but Beluga will have your heart on sight. He is the most playful of the trio and loves to confuse his foster mom, hiding in different places. He loves to chase his brother through the house and can be caught swatting the dog's tails. He likes to chase balls and play with his other toys. This smart little boy knows when dinner is ready and will race to his food bowl. When he is quiet, he cuddles with his siblings and with his foster mom. Beluga is now looking for a family to call his very own.

Are you interested in adopting Beluga or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).

We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application.

Thanks for thinking adoption!
