MEET BELLE!

There's no mystery in how Belle got her name - because she's absolutely beautiful! This 16 year old Calico joined us from Philly's animal control shelter where she had been surrendered by her former owners. Fortunately, she caught the eye of a COEL foster parent and hitched a ride to safety. She's gotten the all-clear from our vet and is ready to land a retirement home!

Belle is a gentle and sweet kitty. Her favorite hobbies are napping, eating, and getting scritches. She loves to find hidey-holes to nap in and will try to fit just about anywhere if it looks comfy! She is quiet and easygoing, just as her former family reported her to be. She's in good health for a girl her age, was treated for some GI parasites and received a dental cleaning to ensure her teeth weren't causing any issues. This sweet girl has lots of love to give. We think she'd be happiest in a relaxed home to match her quiet personality. She doesn't mind other pets if they are mellow like her. She would probably do best in a home without small children since she is an older gal and prefers to spend her days napping or cuddling on the couch.
