Bella Domestic Short Hair Mix Laurel, MD

Bella is a precious 4 year old calico female with gorgeous markings on her coat. We don't know much about her past, but we are sure she is happy to have been rescued from the busy streets. Weighing in at only 5lbs, she's a tiny little thing but she's got a lot of personality! Her favorite toys are little catnip mice and she loves to find the sneakiest places to curl up and nap.

Bella adores the company of other cats. She took to her foster mom's cat immediately and was so happy to have a friend to play with. On the other hand, being on her own for so long has made Bella a little slow to trust humans. She is sweet and gentle and never mean, but she can get scared easily. However, if you take your time she loves to be scratched and to play. She'll need a quiet home where she is allowed to take her time to get used to her new surroundings and learn that she's loved. We expect she'll do great with any cats, but recommend a home with no small children. Given the chance, Bella's personality will blossom!

Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats.
