Bean's Story

his is Bean, a 7 month old, adorable, friendly little kitty with a beautiful, shiny, black coat. She was found outside, but she’s definitely ready for a permanent, loving, inside home, and a family of her own!

Bean is a sweet, friendly girl who loves being petted and spending time with you. Get your lap ready, as she likes to invite herself to come sit on you! She purrs pretty constantly (even when she’s sleeping and sometimes just when you look at her).Did you know cat purrs are thought to be relaxing and healing for people? Just another service she provides!

She likes toys of all kinds, but particularly loves springs, balls, and shaker mice. She’s happy to play with you or entertain herself in short bursts. Even though she’s young, she’s not too wild, and she seems to like cuddles as much as play time.

She could be happy with a feline friend with proper intros, but she’d also do OK on her own as long as she’s with someone that likes to spend a good amount of time with her and interact with her regularly. She still gets a little startled or concerned at loud noises, but she seems to recover quickly. Because of this we’re recommending a home with teens or adults. Bean is up to date on shots, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FELV.

Overall, if you’re looking to add a little black bean to your casa, we might have just the “purr-ito” for you. Bean’s foster family says they haven’t met all the cats in the world, but are pretty sure she’s in the running for the sweetest!

If you're interested in adopting, the first step is to fill out the application here:
http://bit.ly/3VDJfhm
