Meet Basil
This precious boy went out on adoption at 3 months old. We were called by another shelter to pick him up (we microchip everyone) when he was dumped at their shelter at 5 years old. He was in BAD health and obviously abused and neglected in the adoptive home. We have had him back for a couple months now and he has gain 1.5 pounds and his other health issues have resolved, however, he is diabetic and needs insulin 2 times per day.
Basil is loving and sweet and gentle, he appears to get along with other cats. He is available for "furever foster" which means you will foster him for his lifetime with HELP Humane covering all medical and veterinary care. We would if he stayed in the shelter, so we would love for him to have a family, Born 2017
