Meet Barley
Hello everybody, my name is Barley! I'm a handsome, timid boy born in September of 2016.
I’ve been at MaxFund for over two years now. I was recently adopted but I was returned because my breathing is too loud. I do have some problems with my sinuses, but I never tried to hide it. I feel like I blew my only chance.
Well, here’s my back story. I was found living at a construction site with a lot of other cats, but soon after, some nice people scooped me up and brought me to MaxFund for my own safety. When I arrived, I was very skittish and unsure about people. But, the volunteers discovered how much I like treats, so if you want some interaction with me, don’t come empty handed!
I know I’m not for everybody. I need someone who will be patient with me and let me progress at my own pace. Just yesterday, I accepted pets from one of the regular visitors to my room! I’m not a hopeless cause, I promise you. I hope someone will want to meet me.
