Hi- I’m Scruffy and I’m part Maine Coon- I’m sweet and friendly but shy- and enjoy patting. I’m 8 years old and I am here with my 8 year old pretty sister, Babe. She is a tuxedo with the sweetest face and eyes. She’s a flirt and wants to be loved- but right now the shelter is making her very scared- so she’s still adjusting. I’m scared too- but do enjoy being pet and I love treats. We are older girls, so it’s hard for us to be in a shelter. But we do have a large kennel to ourselves. So that is so much better than a smaller cage. We want to feel safe and secure in a new loving home of our own. We would want our owner(s) to be patient with us, as we will need time to fully blossom. A quiet home would be best for us, maybe no dogs or small children, as loud noises scare us . Currently, visits to the shelter are by appointment only for approved applications, so please fill out an application, then email it into us .
