Autumn's Story

Gentle Autumn with the softest, most touchable fur! Autumn is a calm, quiet lap cat who loves humans, giving and getting kisses, lots of pets. and cuddling. We dare you to NOT smile while looking at her adorable face! Of course, she loves playing and sleeping with her mom and sisters as well, especially her sister Winter. While she enjoys toys like springs and stuffed toys, her favorite activity is hiding(in bags, boxes and tunnels). In fact, one time her foster mom found her in a bag full of litter! When she went to dump it, she saw her little head sticking out! I'm not sure who was more surprised! Like her other siblings, Autumn enjoys the occasional spay day treatments- Fur brushing, paw rubs, nail trimming and generally being pampered. Autumn would do well in a quiet household with older children who'll give her the time and attention she needs. Forever Fortunate Felines's Adoption Policy

Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster-based, we really understand our cat's personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here: https://www.foreverfortunatefelines.org/adopt Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier that opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to accept PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
