Meet Aurora

Meet Aurora, a beautiful tortie looking for her forever home. She's great with other cats, she would likely even prefer a fellow feline friend, and thrives in a low-energy, calm environment. Aurora takes her time to warm up and once she trusts you she loves to have her butt scratched and full body pets are her favorite!! Due to her initially shy and fearful nature, we feel Aurora would do best in a home with someone that could allow plenty of decompression time and that has prior experience with shy and fearful cats.

Aurora is also an agile girl that enjoys chasing her string feather toy! This girl can really jump high too! She will also just curl up on the couch or lounge in a sunny window watching birds. If you're seeking a gentle companion to relax with, Aurora could be the perfect fit!

All Abandoned Pet Project Rescue adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for cats over six months to seven years is $100, kittens under six months is $150, cats eight years and over are $50 unless specified otherwise. You can view all the adoptable pets and fill out an adoption application online on our website at bit.ly/APPRAdoptableCats. For more information, you can email adopt@abandonedpetproject.org
