This handsome ginger tabby is Augustus! He is an independent boy who loves to cuddle, but then he’s off to hunt his mouse toy and climb up the tallest cat tree in the house! Augustus gets along with other cats and especially loves playing with her brother, Maius (who is also available for adoption!). He gets along fine with the resident dog, but they are not friends and he would do best in a house with no dogs or a very mellow dog. He has been handled by a nine-year-old but might be a bit hard for a younger child to handle. Augustus is not aggressive, just a big and wiggly boy!

Augustus is a sweet boy who is shy at first with strangers, but once he's comfortable in his environment he loves to play and cuddle. He just needs a family that will be patient and loving while he learns about the good life!
