Athena is approximately a 6 year old female cat that was dropped off at the Philly Acct. 5 years ago VERY pregnant & dirty. She came to her foster household thin, dirty & very protective of her brood that she had just given birth to a day prior. She has since come out of that protective momma stage & wants nothing but attention! She will follow her foster momma around wherever she goes seeking affection & pets, but they must be given to her on her terms! She will let you know her likes/dislikes & when she’s done receiving your attention. She isn't much into the likes of dogs, but has been around another cat where she showed some territorial issues over what she considered was her “area.” She will be a good fit for a home without any other animals & children. She had a dental cleaning with 7 dental extractions done in June of 2020 & is up to date on vaccinations. She has been waiting for the perfect home for so long, could that perfect home be with you?

All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary. Vet references are required and prior to adoption a home inspection will be conducted. Adoption fee applies.
