Meet Astrid (bonded w/ Otto)
Astrid joined her adopted brother, Otto, in foster as they both needed a buddy! She's a bit younger than Otto by about 1-2 weeks and quite a bit shyer as well, but will no doubt continue to come out of her shell in her furrever home with the help of an experienced, patient adopter and the more outgoing Otto.
Though still pretty hand-shy at times, Astrid is increasingly curious about her foster humans and allowing more and more pets each day. She cocks her head to the side while watching Otto interact with their foster humans as she gains more and more confidence to join in the fun, just like a puppy (it's the cutest thing!). She is definitely growing more and more comfortable in her space, rarely hiding, and joining in all the fun with Otto.
Astrid has the sleekest, slightly longer black fur and gorgeous green eyes. She is a bit like Otto's shadow right now, both figuratively and literally, but she will reward an experienced, patient adopter with her sweet, curious personality as she continues to come out of her shell over the coming weeks and months.
