Meet Astor
Astor is a beautiful black cat with a heartwarming story of transformation. When she first arrived at the shelter, she was very shy and reserved. However, thanks to the patient efforts of our dedicated staff and volunteers, she has come out of her shell and blossomed into a more confident and affectionate feline companion. She was born around 07/05/2019 and is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
Socialization:
Astor has made remarkable progress in socializing with humans and enjoys spending time with both staff and volunteers. She has learned to trust and interact positively with people, which has been a heartwarming journey to witness.
Compatibility:
While Astor has thrived in human interactions, she has shown that she prefers to be the sole feline in the household. Unfortunately, she doesn't get along with the other cats here at the shelter, and for her happiness and well-being, we recommend that she be the only cat in her new home.
Favorite Pastimes:
Astor delights in simple pleasures. She loves finding a cozy spot by the window where she can watch the world outside or curling up under her blanket in her kennel, where she feels safe and secure. Providing her with a sunny windowsill or a soft, warm bed will undoubtedly make her a happy and content companion. She also like to be brushed, fed treats, enjoys cat nip and feather toys!
