Meet Ash
Hi, my name is Ash! Here is what would work best for me in my new home:
-Personality: Timid, affectionate once comfortable and curious
-Can Live with Cats: Unknown History, needs proper introduction.
-Can Live with Dogs: Ideally No, I will likely be too fearful to live with a dog unless it is a very mellow, small, cat-savvy dog.
-Can Live with Kids: Yes, respectful, quiet kids 8 and older than can understand that Ash may need a long adjustment period.
-Needs Indoor Only Home: Yes, I would likely hide if let outside
-History of Litter Box Issues: Some here at WHS, likely due to stress.
-Energy Level: Medium
-Bite History: None
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes, a dental and microchip
Additional Information: Unfortunately Ash was brought to WHS after her owner passed away. The shelter has been very stressful for Ash but she finds comfort with the presence of people. Ash will need a longer adjustment period in her new home and would benefit from lots of hiding spots and to start in a smaller space before being introduced to the rest of the homes. She warms up to people quickly and is very affectionate. She looooves to give you head butts and rub up against anything she can! If you are interested in this sweet gal please fill out an adoption application and see the front desk.
